Sutherland Sites (the “Website”) Terms of Use contain conditions, terms and provisions applicable to access, use and any further utilization of the Website its features and/ or content.
Use of the website is subject at all times to the Terms of Use, as may be amended at the discretion of Sutherland Sites.
By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Services. These Terms of Use may be modified, changed or altered by us at any time without prior notice. In agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are responsible for periodically checking for changes and/or updates to these Terms of Use.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will
endeavor to notify you of any changes by posting notice of such changes on the Website. Your continued access or use of the Services after such changes are made conclusively demonstrates your acceptance of such changes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the instance you are less that the age of thirteen (13) years old you are strictly prohibited from using the Services.
By using the Service, you warrant to us that you are above the age of (13) thirteen. In addition, parents or guardians of children over the age of thirteen should be aware that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to determine whether any portion of the Service is inappropriate for your child.
Certain of our Services may require registration and payment as will be indicated with respect to such Service (“Paid Services”). Each user wishes to join the Paid Services will have to pre-register through the Website.
The user hereby confirms that the details provided therein are true and correct.
Any identifiable information retrieved by the Website through and/or following the registration process will be kept by Sutherland Sites in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPI”). Only after creating an account, you will be able to use the Paid Services. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any registration form or to cancel any existing accounts.
Any and all payments made in connection with the Paid Services shall be non-refundable for any reason whether Paid Services are utilized in part, or in whole or not used at all.
With respect to registration to our Paid Services, you will be required to provide your own valid payment means that will be charged monthly for the price of the Paid Services as specified in the Website. Purchase of Paid Services shall be for a minimum period of at least one month. All information presented on the platform is that given to us by the client and by this you have given us as Sutherland Sites to upload same onto the website.
Sutherland Sites is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. If you choose to cancel your account during your subscription term you will not be refunded in whole or in part. If you choose to downgrade your subscription level during your subscription term, you will not receive a cash refund at any time.

Undertaking in utilization of services:
Utilization of the services offered, is done so under the proviso, that it is undertaken that the vendor and/ or customer, shall not:
1.
Violate any laws, third party rights and/ or policies of Sutherland Sites;
2.
Use our sites, services, or tools if you are not able to form legally binding
contracts, and/ or are temporarily and/ or indefinitely suspended from
using our sites, services, and/ or tools;
3.
Circumvent or manipulate the fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to Sutherland Sites;
4.
Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or incriminating content (including personal information in contravention of POPI);
5.
Distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, and/ or placate the solicitation of a pyramid schemes;
6.
Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm, manipulate, extract unauthorized information from the Services, or the interests or property of customers and/ or third-party users;
7.
To copy, modify, and/ or distribute rights or content from the Services of copyrights and trademarks owned by Sutherland Sites;
8.
Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including, but not limited to email addresses, without their consent.
9.
Use any crawlers, bots, algorithms and/ or other automatic applications or codes in order to retrieve and collect information through our Services.
To the extent that you wish (or required) to download and install the Applications, you acknowledge and agree that we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Applications solely for your personal use. We may modify the Applications from time to time, and you hereby agree that we may automatically install such modifications without first asking for prior approval.
We are not obligated to support the Applications and may at any time suspend or terminate your license and disable the Applications downloaded and/or installed by you. You may not make unauthorized modifications, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, and/ or attempt to derive the source code of the Applications.
